We envision creating a welcoming, informal community which includes all ages, families, couples, single people, owner-occupiers, renters, pets, livestock, guests, and activities: a place to work, play, and reside, with the key shared values being sustainability, mutual support, service to the wider community, and enjoying ourselves.
